What is your Poppets Texture Like

Ok, shall we talk about our pooches coat type.

Honey's coat is very profuse and woolly, Lexi's is silky and finer and Bruce's is thick but not woolly - sort of a half and half of Honey's and Lexi's but without the profuse look. Lia xx

Diesel is quite dry and rough but when bathed very soft and fluffy...just like a cloud as my daughter said!!! :lol: :lol:

Awwww how sweet! :D All my 3's are lovely and soft when bathed but never lasts more than 2 days though and starts to 'roughen up' if you like ;) ;) Wouldnt it great if the texture just stayed the same way until the next bath! :) :) xx

Hollys is rreally soft and fluffy although that probabley because its still herr puppy coat
Roxys is apparently double coated according to my groomer ..........when its long it never looks tidy and can get very matteed easily :( xxx

All my three are double coated now but I must admit I love the puppy coat :D :D :D

I know the puppy coat is gorgeous isnt it. Yesterday I bathed Holly and then blow dried her ...........she was just like a ball of fluff............. :D ...........until she went out in the torrential rain that is :x xxx

Coco's coat is soft, silky and fluffy hair!!! :D

Flower is soft when clean and brushed but more course than the Maltese. Apolo is the softest like a powder puff or cotton. Even when he is dirty. Hence the name of the breed Coton de Tulear.

Well today I have two cotton wool balls in my house!!! :D Diesel had a bath this morning so he looks like a cloud with a nose :D and feels soooooo soft.....and little Gucci is softer than silk and smells like a little baby!!! :D :D

Easier said than done...didnt realise how hard it is to capture the two of them together!!! :o Gucci looks like a swish of white fur in most photos!!! :D

Im going to see what I can buy to help prevent the 'static fly-away' bits that seem to appear towards the back end of Honey and Lexi's coats. Maybe its because Im over-brushing, Im not sure but I need to do because they both tangle so easily.
