View Full Version : Letting our babies go to new homes
Well two of my babies have left home last night and I was good I did'nt cry I waved them off and said goodbye.
Yeah ok I'm telling lies I cried me eyes out and I miss them loads. The couple that had bought them came in and said they would take them now and i was gutted in on sense needed to go in another. When the guy handed the money I said give it to him its his blood money I was gutted (poor Andrew my other half). This is my second litter and I still find it so hard to see them go. I just think it could be the last time i see them as everyone says they'll keep in touch but don't. But I guess i will know Angel is ok and well as she's going to a good home and I know her new owner will stay in touch
I had to laugh,
when I read your first post,
and I know that this is not true.
So glad that you have put the second post,
as I know that you filled up a fish pond with your tears.
You know that they have both gone together
to a brilliant home.
Also tonight,
you received those lovely photos,
I think you will be seeing them quite regular.
So hold up on the tears,
just think that they been raised to your fantastic standard,
you could not have given them a better start in life.
If you need any more tissues,
I will order a lorry full and send them down.
Your doing so well,
be proud of what you have achieved.

Awwww I'd be exactly the same, I remember when I first when away for a week and left Benji with my mother, I cried even though I knew he was going to be spoilt rotten and I'd be back with him in just a week and I even cried when I got back to him.
I dread the day that I have to let puppies go to new homes, think I'd have to have my mother over to do it as I'd be in bits and Dave is just as bad.
