I make sure that there are no tangles or matts in Benji's hair at all before sticking him in the bath, I use the shower head and get him wet all over before putting the shampoo on. I use a jug to dilute the shampoo before putting it on him. I work the shampoo from the middle of his back down his sides and legs and work it in with my fingers. I make sure that I don't tangle him at all. Once he's been rinsed off I squeeze as much as I can out before bringing him out of the bath and then hold the towel over him while he shakes what he can out lol. He loves the bath mind and would stay in there for hours if he could.
The little one is easier to bath as she's still got soft puppy hair and I can work up a really good lather on her without worrying that she'll tangle and knot.
