Yes............I have moved ....Yipeeeee

No .......It did not go smooth...
We were outside our new house 11.30 am .....found out there was a problem and a delay!!!!
3pm the guy at the start of the chain was £20,0000 short :o
4pm we were told we had to move back to our old house :o
4.15 we were told he now had the money but too late for electronic transfer :o
Anyway solicitors did whats called an underwriting and at 5.10 we got the keys even though no money had been transferred until following day!!!!!!!
Still I am in now and so happy ............I love the house ..........beach is at the bottom of the road and Dad just round the corner so he pops in to see us a lot more now :D
roxy and Holly have both settled really well and everything is just hunky dorey!! :lol: :lol: :lol: xxx

Hi Paula, welcome back - we have missed you!!!!! I have to apologise for not replying until now but last night around 12.30 we had a major power cut and it has only come on just recently so I was a bit stuck ;) ;)

Anyway sorry to hear about the messing about you endured in your house move but at least now, you are all settled in and sounds like Roxy and Holly have taken their new home like duck to water!!! And as Pamela has said - get out the biggest glass and fill it with your fave vino, relax and post away!!! :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: then go back and check the spelling before you submit it :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: xxxx

Holly is great and both her and Roxy have settled into the new house brilliantly . I actually cant believe just how well !!!
Friends that call have commented on the difference of Roxy in particular she is just so much calmer here :? Its really strange but wonderful too :D
