OMG, Wicket just fell down our stairs. They are quite steep and I don't know how he managed it, but he must've slipped or something at the top bounced in the middle and landed on the floor at the bottom. He squealed when he hit the ground and he was in my arms 0.1 second later. My poor baby. I've put him down on the ground and he's not limping, but he's been shaken up. It certainly looked a sore one but I'm not sure whether or not he has hurt himself. I think it's probably more of a fright he's got.

Do I take him to the vets to be sure, or do I just leave him?

We're goin gout for our morning walk and I'll see how he is then and probably decide, but what do you think?

Oh no poor wicket! I'd just see how he is for a little while and keep a close eye on him and if he seems quiet or unusually grumpy then he might be in a bit of pain. Ebony once landed abit funny when she jumped from our sofa and she yelped and was limping. I took her to the vet and all she did was to give her some painkillers after checking her out.
Hope he's soon back to normal, it must have given him a shock, poor little fella!

Poor Wicket!!! Im sure it will be the shock if anything - its like when we tumble, our hearts race and race and we shake for a little bit. Keep giving him cuddles etc and let him rest on your lap for a while so that he will calm down but Im positive he will be ok. Watch him and any unusual signs, then you kow what to do. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well, I've spent the morning cuddled up with him on the couch. He's a lot better now. I think it was just shock more than anything. I was probably just as shaken as he was. He's back to his old self and he's currently out the back howling at his tennis ball because I won't throw it.

He'll be in shock again later on today when I bath him ... I really am evil! I should give him today to recover but I've got a show tomorrow so it's easier just to wash the both at the same time.

He howls at the tennis ball thinking that I'll go pick it up so that he'll shut up! Unfortunately, he's got a normal manly bark so it doesn't pierce the ear drums like raven's, so I just let him bark his head off. He gets bored eventually!!!

He's mush better. I'm about to go bath him - that'll be fun! He wasn't happy earlier when I went away to see his little boy and came back smelling of a strange puppy! He sat by my feet and glared at me for about an hour!!!

Heheheheheheheheheeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!! I take it he was sulking with you then? Oooooooh Diesel does that! And if anyone comes into the house smelling of another dog he is quite literally stuck to their legs via his nose!!!!!!! When Gucci first came to visit, he spent a good hour afterwards sniffing our kitxhen floor and snorting in utter disgust!!!!!!! Arent they so funny???!!
