View Full Version : Holly's been to the groomers
Well today Holly had her first real trip to the groomers, she has only ever had paws , eyes and bot trimmed quickly before. But today she went and had the full works for the first time and she was an absolute angel :D After a lot of thought and discussion I decided to have her face done short because on occasions when I have tried to tie back her fringe it just wasnt working, plus she has such a pretty face I want to see it. :D Carol..the groomer was really impressed with her coat so she has not had to be cut short there. She came out looking and smelling fab even had a little bow attached to her collar......

She is sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo beautiful!! Oh, what a FANTASTIC haircut that suits her soooooooooo well!!! Oh, she looks an even bigger beauty now! And those eyes........aw shes gonna break some hearts xxx

They are SUCH gorgeous eyes they deserve to be shown off hun...she has such a dear little face I bet she gets away with murder!!! And not forgetting our gorgeous Roxy...is she gonna have the same cut too?
Yes I think so........Roxy's coat is really short at the minute but I think I'll take her and just get her face tidied up and then try and get her coat a bit longer :D
This is a different groomer than my original , my sister found her by chance and she is really great. Dont get me wrong our other groomer was lovely but I just didnt feel like they were getting pampered the same!!! If that makes sense.....she seemed very quick to get out the clippers where the new girl would rather use scissors and seems to have a lot more time to see what you want . xxx

That sounds much better.....Diesels groomer always does scissors first and then clippers...and even though Diesel now behaves we are always there 2-3 hours! Its quite a sociable event actually!!! Ive just trimmed Diesels eyes and ears after seeing that photo!!! :D He is well overdue for his haircut...

Love the bow :D :D She is a beauty :D :D and I thought the last pic when she snuggled back down to bed was so cute!!! As for snuggling back down to bed .........well she has hardly moved out of it since yesterday :o I think she may be sulking. Will be keeping an eye on her today!

That's why Wicket is called Wicket!!! He was just a little Ewok when he was a puppy!

:lol: :lol: My brother in law was round here the other day and he called Ebony 'wicket' and I wondered why and said there's a lhasa on the forum called wicket too. He said wicket was an ewok in Star Wars and it suddenly all became clear to me! :roll: xxx

The ewoks had their own spin off cartoon so you could watch that instead of star wars. They come from the planet endor and one of my kennel names (I think my 5th choice) was Endorian.
Georgina Burke (who's a member here but hasn't posted yet) her gorgeous wee lhasa is called Princess Kneesa (another ewok).

Its from the transfer Margaret - I had to re-load mine on again. Perhaps nobody realises this is what they will have to do. Ive been trying to find out why but no answer as yet xxxx
