Hi folks
It's my little biscuit's 2nd birthday today (Wicket) and as a treat for him, I want to make him mince and potatoes. I can't find a recipe for doggy mince and potatoes and I remember some folk saying they fed their dogs it so I was wondering what you did differently from normal mince and tatties?
Cheers
Kim
  happy birthday wicks!!! All Ive ever done in the past was cook (without oil but just a tablespoon of water) minced lamb in a pan until just browned and mix it with pasta - pasta is much better than potatoes and also Lamb is lower in protein than chicken mince. Minced beef is ok but lamb is better. Sorry If its not much help but this is what I do xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (PS too much over cooking makes the meat harder to digest). xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Well, last night we all had mince and tatties for dinner! I wish I had my camera handy when I gave it to the dogs. Wicket managed to get some stuck to his eyebrow! He shoved his whole face in his bowl and thoroughly enjoyed himself! Raven loved it to but was put off by the fact that Wicket wanted to eat both bowls of it so he kept switching between them meaning she had to do the same!!!
They has some boiled potatoes crushed up with some mince and we had proper mash with ours. It hasn't caused any tummy upsets so I'm quite relieved!
